All Sales Final

All jewelry and keepsake sales are final. Please make sure your size and desired inclusions/additives are correct before submitting your order. Production time is typically 8-10 weeks, though this is just an estimate and may be subject to change.

Refunds will not be granted. However, orders can be edited up to two weeks after placement. If you are unhappy with your Alaskan Sunshine Jewelry or made a mistake in the ordering process don't be afraid to reach out. I will always work with you to make your DNA keepsake dreams come true!

Requesting Inclusions and Additives

Once you have added your desired jewelry styles to your cart, tap the drop down menu and click on "Inclusions and Additives" beneath the "Gallery" option. You can add the personal items that you will be sending to create your keepsake(s) with to your cart under the "Inclusions" listing. 

There are multiple listings for additives here, as well. Choose from multiple colors of shimmer, glitter, foil,  flakes, pigments, and crushed stones to customize your pieces. There is no limit to the number of inclusions/additives that you can add to your order though there is an upcharge for certain items/services. 

Please leave any hair art or specific placement requests in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout or email me with your name, requests, and order # to alaskansunshinejewelry@gmail.com 💕

Custom Sizing

Most styles are available in smaller and larger sizes! Variation limits inhibit the number of size options that can be added to certain listings. I strive to be inclusive of all sizes, ages, and tastes too!

Please use the contact feature if you would like to request a custom necklace length or ring size. Some styles may not be available for free custom sizing and I apologize in advance if this impacts your desired keepsake.
