How do I ship my DNA inclusions to you?
Detailed shipping instructions will be automatically sent to the email you provide at check out. It can take up to 24 hours to receive but please contact me if you have any further questions about the shipping process.
How long after I place my order will I receive my keepsake(s)?
The turnaround time is typically 8-10 weeks but can vary depending on shipping times, location, and style/number of items ordered.
Can you do a rush order?
Rush orders are available with a $50 upcharge! Please fill out the form on the Contact page to make a request. There is a 4 week minimum but please keep in mind that shipping times may vary by location.
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes! I usually like half down at the time of ordering, but we can always customize a payment plan that fits your budget and needs. Payment plan orders can be initiated by filling out the form on the Contact page or emailing me directly:

What if I only have a tiny bit of my desired inclusion?
Sometimes all we have is a little bit of the DNA inclusions we want to work with and that's okay. I request at least one oz of milk or one tsp of ashes if possible but I can always work with smaller amounts if necessary!
What metal types are available?
Most of my styles are available in 925 silver, plated silver, or 14K white, yellow, and rose gold. Some items may be titanium, stainless steel, or tungsten as well.
Plated jewelry comes with the risk of wearing down to the silver underneath. I highly recommend investing in the 14 karat gold versions to avoid this. Plating will always be an option and comes with care instructions, as well.
